The KM10HS is a 10 inch high speed non-ferrous mitre saw built for fast, clean cutting of aluminum extrusions, brass, copper, plastic profiles, and similar materials. This high speed non-ferrous saw is not designed for steel or other ferrous metals.
3 HP Cutting Power
This 3 HP non-ferrous saw provides steady cutting power for aluminum, brass, copper, plastic, and other materials suited to high-speed carbide cutting.
High-Speed Carbide Cutting
A 10 inch carbide-tipped blade runs at 3,450 RPM to produce fast, clean cuts while reducing the time operators spend on edge cleanup.
Flexible Mitre Positioning
The saw mitres 45 degrees left and 60 degrees right, providing useful angle coverage for mitre cutting aluminum profiles used in frames, trim, and assemblies.
Positive Angle Control
Positive index holes, a locking pin, and a lever-lock table make it easier to set and hold the cutting angle during repeat jobs.
Dual Cam-Lock Vises

Warranty Coverage
All parts are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers the replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Some exclusions may apply.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear items including abrasive wheels, belts, and bearings.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Damage from cutting inappropriate materials.
- Modifications or alterations to the machine.
- Damage caused by improper electrical connection or voltage supply.
- Labor or installation costs.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Return Authorization
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be new, unused, and in the original shipping container.
- Credit will be issued upon inspection.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- The restocking fee is waived if a replacement order is placed prior to the return.
