697-020 heavy duty belt tension spring is a compression spring and keeps constant belt tension on the 1 x 42 inch industrial sanders and belt grinder.

HOW TO REPLACE SPRING
To change this heavy duty belt compression spring, loosen the belt tracking knob in the sander’s rear, and press down on the belt guard to remove the sanding belt. Allow the sanding head to extend fully. Lastly, while your hand is still on the upper pulley assembly, altogether remove the upper pulley assembly (consisting of the belt guard, pulley, and tension shaft) and replace the tension spring) from the sander tube.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Return Authorization
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
