To tighten the belt: 1. Unplug the saw. 2. Loosen the motor mount bolts. 3. Pull the motor away from the blade to tighten the belt. 4. Make sure the motor pulley and spindle pulley are parallel with a straight edge 5. Tighten the motor mount bolts. 6. Check belt deflection again before running the saw.
Why Is My Blade Not Cutting Straight?
If the blade wanders or the cut is crooked, the blade may be loaded with material or the material may not be secured properly. Check the following: 1. Make sure the material is clamped tightly in the vise. 2. Inspect the blade for uneven wear or glazing. 3. Confirm the vise and fence are square to the blade.

Warranty Coverage

All parts are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers the replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Some exclusions may apply.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Credit issued upon inspection
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
