Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original shipping container.
  • Credit will be issued upon inspection.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • The restocking fee is waived if a replacement order is placed prior to the return.
