DS10-2M BELT AND DISC COMBINATION SANDER

The DS10-2M is a heavy-duty, versatile combination belt and disc sander. This 1/2HP 1PH machine works with all sanding belts and discs, which allows you to deburr, polish, clean, and sharpen many different materials. To help you expedite the material finishing process, you can operate this unit with two different grits.

DS10-2M BELT AND DISC COMBINATION SANDER SPECIFICATIONS

  • 1/2 HP 1 PH 115V motor. 
  • 1PH FLA 115V 7.4 amps and 230V 3.7 amps
  • Disc sander: 10″ disc. 
  • Belt sander: 2″ x 48″. 
  • Multi-position belt sander head.
  • Spring belt tension.
  • Belt changing lever (located on guard).
  • Steel construction.
  • Removable and replaceable steel platen.
  • The belt sander steel platen is adjustable and replaceable. 
  • The disc sander work table is adjustable. Adjusts from 0° – 45° with locking table knobs on the left and right side of the work table.
  • Machine shipping dimensions: 21″ x 31″ x 33″.

WHAT GRITS CAN BE USED 

All grit types can be used on this sander to get your desired surface finish. Having one grit on the belt and another on the PSA adhesive disc improves the finishing time and doesn’t affect the machine’s performance.
