HOW TO REPLACE THIS PART?
Depending on how long this pulley has been on your 2FSM, you only need a T-handle Allen Wrench to loosen the set screw on the back of the drive wheel.
If you need extra help getting the drive wheel off the motor shaft due to debris build-up, use a flathead screw drive by placing it between the metal hub and sander frame and rotating it to work off the motor shaft.
