What is the difference between the S660M and S660MS?
The S660M is the bench model for shops that already have a suitable work surface. The S660MS is the floor model with stand for shops that want a dedicated sanding station.
What size sanding belt does the S660M use?
The S660M uses a 6" x 60" abrasive sanding belt. Aluminum oxide belts are available in 50, 80, and 100 grit for stock removal, general surface preparation, and finer finishing work.
Can the S660M be used for stainless steel finishing?
Yes. The S660M can be used for stainless steel edge work, weld blending, surface preparation, and finishing. For stainless steel or heat-sensitive work, a variable frequency drive can give operators more control over belt speed.
When should I add a variable frequency drive?
Add a VFD when your application needs adjustable belt speed, especially for stainless steel, aluminum, heat-sensitive materials, or more controlled finishing work.

Warranty Coverage

All parts are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers the replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Some exclusions may apply.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items including abrasive wheels, belts, and bearings.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Damage from cutting inappropriate materials.
  • Modifications or alterations to the machine.
  • Damage caused by improper electrical connection or voltage supply.
  • Labor or installation costs.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original shipping container.
  • Credit will be issued upon inspection.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • The restocking fee is waived if a replacement order is placed prior to the return.
