The S660M is the bench model for shops that already have a suitable work surface. The S660MS is the floor model with stand for shops that want a dedicated sanding station.
The S660M uses a 6" x 60" abrasive sanding belt. Aluminum oxide belts are available in 50, 80, and 100 grit for stock removal, general surface preparation, and finer finishing work.
Yes. The S660M can be used for stainless steel edge work, weld blending, surface preparation, and finishing. For stainless steel or heat-sensitive work, a variable frequency drive can give operators more control over belt speed.
Add a VFD when your application needs adjustable belt speed, especially for stainless steel, aluminum, heat-sensitive materials, or more controlled finishing work.
Choose the S660M-5 or S660MS-5 when your shop needs more power for heavier deburring, weld blending, stainless steel work, or repeat production sanding.
Tell us what material you are sanding, your available shop power, whether you need the S660M bench model or S660MS floor model with stand, and whether you are considering a VFD or 5 HP upgrade.
