294-006 heavy duty combination sander dust collector filter is an industrial filter used in the S612V 6 inch sander. This pleated filter keeps the metal shavings and debris in the machine’s base.

WHEN SHOULD THE FILTER BE CHANGED?
It’s all based on S612V 6 x 48 inch combination sander usage. The more you use the sander, the more you should change the filter. IMPORTANT: NEVER MIX MATERIAL WHEN SANDING. MIXING DIFFERENT MATERIALS COULD CAUSE A FILTER FIRE. BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY CLEAN OUT THE BASE, INCLUDING THE FILER, BEFORE SANDING.
HOW TO REPLACE THE FILTER?
The easiest way to change the 294-006 combination sander vacuum filter is to remove the machine’s back panel, replace the used filter with a new filter, and then replace the rear panel.
Warranty Coverage
All parts are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers the replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Some exclusions may apply.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear items including abrasive wheels, belts, and bearings.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Damage from cutting inappropriate materials.
- Modifications or alterations to the machine.
- Damage caused by improper electrical connection or voltage supply.
- Labor or installation costs.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Return Authorization
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Credit issued upon inspection
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- The restocking fee is waived if a replacement order is placed prior to the return.
