560-017 1 x 42 inch belt sander drive pulley is a two-piece easy-to-replace pulley manufactured for all Kalamazoo Industries 1SM industrial belt sanders. Features: steel bushing, plastic housing, and a set screw to secure the pulley to the motor shaft.
The only tool you will need to change the lower pulley is a t-handle allen wrench. Step 1: loosen set screws. Step two: use a lever (flathead screwdriver) and rotate the pulley to work it off the belt sander motor shaft.
