All over our abrasive saws with the correct motor and blades cut general purpose metals quickly. They also have the ability to cut alloy’s and super alloy’s very quick. For example 8″ solid inconel bar in about 24 seconds with a 36″ dry abrasive saw, with power down feed, oscillation and 75Hp motor.
Our abrasive chop saws are available wet or dry each has a purpose. Dry saws a great for cutting material such as gp steel and material that have another process after it being cut.
Our wet saws are great for cutting material that requires some sort of analysis after it being cut.
Our belt sanders are great for clean up work whether is prepping for fabrication work or material analysis.
Our belt grinders are great for quick and cool clean up work after a foundry pour.
