Kalamazoo Industries model K12-14MS enclosed wet saw now comes with power downfeed as standard

Kalamazoo Industries model K12-14MS enclosed wet cutting metallurgical saw

now has a semi-automatic power down feed as standard equipment. The saw is designed for metallurgical laboratories that need to slice through sections of metal samples, such as coupons, to inspect their internal properties. The power downfeed controls the feed rate to produce repeatable, bright, clean cuts.

The model K12-14MS saw features a full enclosure with a semi-automatic air/oil power down feed and an adjustable 0-12 FPM feed rate, with momentary override for rapid approach. Other features include dual moveable 4-inch screw vises, dual coolant nozzles, internal halogen light, a 5HP, 1725 rpm motor, and a 1-inch wheel arbor that accepts a 12-in or 14-in wheel. To ensure the highest possible quality cutting, the wheel is not included because it must be specially ordered for the type of metal being cut. The saw has a capacity up to 2-1/2-inch solids and 3-inch shapes. Options include oscillation cutting for large sections, a T slot table, and door interlocks.

All Kalamazoo Industries machines are manufactured in the USA.
