This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (269) 382-2050 to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
The restocking fee is waived if a replacement order is placed on the same day the return is initiated.
