936-030IPA 2 x 48 inch belt sander idler pulley assembly comes with easy to replace steel idler pulley and belt tension shaft. The steel pulley and steel nub come in two pieces and are fixed to each other with a hex bolt and lock washer. So once the nub is pressed into the tension shaft it never has to be pressed out again.
When the pulley is worn out take a boxed wrench or socket to remove the hex bolt and then re-attach the new pulley to the steel nub.
