294-003 Industrial Aluminum Air Filter

The 294-003 industrial reusable aluminum air filter is a lightweight, washable air filter designed for use with Kalamazoo 6″ x 48″ and 6″ x 60″ sanders, as well as the K12-14V 14″ abrasive chop saw with DCV-6 industrial vacuum base. This filter is manufactured to be easily removed from the dust collector’s side access door.

  • Construction: Made from multiple layers of expanded aluminum enclosed in a medium-weight wire mesh filter in an aluminum frame.
  • Dimensions: The filter size is 13x10x1 inches.
  • Foam Addition: Includes foam for enhanced filtration efficiency.
  • Country Origin: Made In USA

  • S460V 4″ x 60″ vertical belt sander with vacuum base.
  • S6MV 6″ x 48″ vertical belt sander with vacuum base.

  • Inspection

    • Rinse the filter with water to remove dust and debris.
    • Allow the filter to dry completely before reinstalling.
  • Foam Maintenance
    • Inspect the foam for any signs of clogging or damage.
    • Replace the foam if it shows significant wear or damage.
  • Reinstallation
    • Ensure the filter is completely dry.
    • Reinstall the filter securely in the dust collector’s side access door.
  • Regular Schedule
    • Perform these maintenance tasks every 3 months or as needed based on usage.
  • Record Keeping
    • Keep a log of maintenance dates and any observations or actions taken.

  • Parts warranty is guaranteed for one year from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts. Some exclusions may apply.
